Durian Milk Tea / Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen durian flesh
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup black tea (cooled)
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • Ice cubes
  • Boba pearls (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. 2. Add boba pearls at the bottom of the glass before pouring the smoothie.
  3. 3. Serve cold and enjoy!
