Ingredients
- 2 cups durian flesh (seed removed)
- 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- 1. Blend durian flesh until smooth.
- 2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- 3. Fold in condensed milk and durian purée.
- 4. Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
