Durian Sticky Rice (Mangala Durian Sticky Rice)

Ingredients
- 2 cups glutinous rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Fresh durian flesh (about 200g)
- Pandan leaves (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the glutinous rice overnight.
- 2. Steam the rice with pandan leaves for about 30–40 minutes until tender.
- 3. Mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt; gently warm.
- 4. Toss the steamed rice in the coconut mixture.
- 5. Serve warm with chunks of fresh durian on top.
